CASE STUDY:
Arqiva - The magic in governance, combined with CEO support

When British technology services business Arqiva relaunched its Viva Engage network last year, it put in place two governance measures that have resulted in the network’s success.

1️⃣ The first was to delete all communities that were no longer needed.

2️⃣ The second was to establish guidelines for anyone wanting to create a new Viva Engage community.

Six months after implementing these simple measures, Arqiva’s Viva Engage network ranked No.1 for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in SWOOP Analytics’ 2024/25 Viva Engage benchmarking analysis!

As well as strong governance, Arqiva’s Viva Engage network is supported by strong executive buy-in, led by the CEO.

Read this inspiring case study to learn how simple governance measures, combined with executive buy-in, has resulted in enviable Viva Engage success.
