We're celebrating SWOOP Analytics' 10th birthday! 🎉
 
 

On August 27, 2024, SWOOP Analytics officially turns 🔟 years old! So, we're kicking off our birthday celebrations for the month of August.


Did you know about 70% of SaaS companies fail within the first 10 years, so it’s a testament that SWOOP Analytics continues to grow at a rate of about 30%+ each and every year.

We've come a long way since Cai Kjaer, Dr Laurence Lock Lee and Marianne Kjaer started SWOOP Analytics back in 2014, and over the next month we're going to share with you some of the stories of our origins - how we came up with the name SWOOP, why we started the company, how we've managed 10 years of remote working, and more.

Most importantly, we want to THANK YOU - our wonderful customers, partners, friends, supporters, employees, Microsoft and Workplace from Meta - for helping us achieve 10 years of providing digital workplace analytics to improve communication, collaboration and employee engagement.

Will you share your Viva Engage experience?

We’re finalising our line-up of speakers for this year’s Viva Engage Festival and we’d love to hear your story. Of course, we all love hearing success stories but it’s also just as valuable to hear how you may have navigated some tricky situations – launching Viva Engage, getting employees using the platform, dealing with difficult conversations, convincing leaders of the value of listening on Viva Engage.

The Viva Engage Festival is about sharing our experiences so we can learn from each other to improve employee engagement and experience by using Viva Engage. Over the years, we’ve had speakers from some of the world’s best-known organisations including Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, The Home Depot, Accenture and so many more!
