We're on the search for our new Customer Success Manager based in the UK. This is a fulltime, fully remote role.
You’ll be responsible for the customer journey - from setting up trials of SWOOP Analytics, to onboarding, training, troubleshooting and renewal. You’ll be there to help customers get the best from SWOOP every step of the way, turning customers into advocates who’ll join our mission and share our vision.
