Ethical use of generative AI in internal communications
Generative AI is increasingly used to help create internal communications, from intranet articles and leadership emails, to presentation materials.
While AI can boost efficiency and provide creative inspiration, it raises an important question: When should communicators disclose that content was AI-generated or AI-assisted?
It's an issue close to us at SWOOP Analytics because we provide data and insights for internal communicators, as well as our own Gen-AI chatbot.
To help shed light on the question of the ethical use of Gen-AI for internal communicators, SWOOP Analytics CEO Cai Kjaer has written a series of blog posts exploring this issue.
