We're excited to publish SWOOP Analytics' inaugural M365 Benchmarking Report later this month. Here's a sneak peek at some of the key findings:

  • The largest opportunity for improving collaboration habits is at the lower end of the spectrum; helping the many more non-adopters of M365 make just a small number of improvements.
  • Making small changes to collaboration habits across the entire organisation will result in huge improvements and significant time and money savings.
  • Staff could save, on average, 20 minutes a day by becoming more Email Liberated or working more asynchronously. For an average 10,000-strong organisation, this is equivalent to more than $US30 million in annual staff costs.
  • The constant interruptions from Microsoft Teams chat is significant, causing disruption and often demanding immediate attention.
  • Leaders, on average, are demonstrating superior collaboration habits than non-leaders.

We explain in detail these findings, and many more, along with practical ways to capitalise on these findings to improve collaboration across your organisation. You'll read case studies from some of the top performers in our benchmarking study to learn their secrets to collaboration, and ideas of how to implement the same across your organisation. We’ll share benchmarks of the best, and worst, practices to give you achievable goals.

Register now and we’ll send you the link to download the report for free as soon as it’s published.

Join SWOOP's 2022 Yammer benchmarking

Participation has opened for SWOOP Analytics' 2022 Yammer Benchmarking study. It's free to join but time is limited so don't miss out!

By joining our Yammer benchmarking, you'll see exactly how your Yammer network compares with the rest of the world. SWOOP benchmarking is free and your data remains anonymous. We will identify the top collaboration champions on your Yammer network, the Most Engaging Posts, along with the best departments in your organisation, so you can learn from those within your own business.

We'll also prepare for you a free custom report. You must be trialling SWOOP for Yammer by July 4, 2022 to included in this year's report.

Please take our SWOOP Customer Satisfaction Survey

We love customer feedback! We want to know how SWOOP is best supporting you and if you're getting the most out of it, so we've created a short survey and we'd love you to spend 5 minutes to complete it.

Your valuable feedback will help us to:
  • Better understand how we're supporting you
  • Shape the future of SWOOP
  • Prioritise new features for our roadmap.

It won't take you more than 5 minutes to complete.
Seeing how you work, changes how you work.

That’s why we offer a free demo of SWOOP for Microsoft Teams, SWOOP for M365, SWOOP for Yammer and SWOOP for Workplace from Meta, using your own data. It’s the only way to really see what’s going on in your organisation.

Outcomes v hours worked - what should leaders focus on?

Should our leaders be focusing on the number of hours an employee puts into work, or only on the outcomes achieved, regardless of how much time is spent at the computer?

In this webinar with Microsoft, Engage Squared and SWOOP Analytics, we share how leaders and managers can access analytics to inform you how to manage your team, and how leadership style can be changed to focus on outcomes, not hours worked.
