It's festival time at SWOOP Analytics!

Festival season is about to kick off at SWOOP Analytics and we want you to join!

After years of success with the Viva Engage Festival (formerly known as the Yammer Festival), we're hosting the first-ever Latin American Viva Engage Festival on Wednesday, September 6. This festival will be held in Spanish and will feature speakers including Claudia Pasco from Intercorp Retail in Peru and Jonathan Ferraro from Telecom in Argentina. We're hosting the festival in partnership with Microsoft and BW Comunicacion.

This is your chance to be inspired by real-life stories of how organisations have launched Viva Engage, the hiccups they've encountered along the way and how they've successfully engaged employees. Please share the details of the Festival de Viva Engage para LATAM with all your Spanish-speaking colleagues.

We're also thrilled to announce the 2023 Viva Engage Festival will be held on Wednesday, December 6. Our line-up of speakers include multinational telecommunications and media conglomerate Comcast, United Nations’ Refugee Agency UNCHR, Australian government department Transport for NSW and Danish sustainable energy company Vestas.

In breaking news, we can now tell you we're hosting the first-ever SharePoint Intranet Festival on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. This festival will focus on intranet best practice and you'll hear from some of the world's biggest organisations and how they successfully launched a SharePoint Online intranet, you'll learn from intranet experts, receive the latest updates from Microsoft and we'll share with you the latest findings from SWOOP Analytics' SharePoint intranet benchmarking.

A sneak peek at our SWOOP Analytics for SharePoint intranet personas

Meet the Reader! If you're managing an intranet, a Reader is the dream persona because it means these people are reading, and likely engaging with, your content.

Readers typically spend enough time on a page to read and fully understand the content. A high percentage of Readers on your SWOOP Analytics for SharePoint intranet dashboard likely indicates visitors are finding the content engaging and valuable.

The Reader is one of five SharePoint intranet personas. We'll reveal the rest of personas soon. Stay tuned!
How can individuals and organisations prepare themselves to work productively in the world of hybrid working?

What strategies and tools can be employed to promote successful collaboration and communication among team members who may be working from different locations or on different schedules?

According to hybrid work expert Dr. Gleb Tsipursky, the answer lies in embracing the power of asynchronous collaboration, prioritising socialisation, and leveraging tools like SWOOP Analytics to help us communicate and collaborate effectively.

We were thrilled to be used a model for hybrid work in Dr. Tsipursky's latest Forbes article, and singled out as playing a crucial role in helping organisations navigate the challenges of hybrid and remote work.

Seeing how you work, changes how you work

That’s why we offer a free demo of SWOOP for Microsoft Teams, SWOOP for M365, SWOOP for Viva Engage, SWOOP for SharePoint intranet and SWOOP for Workplace from Meta, using your own data. It’s the only way to really see what’s going on in your organisation.

CASE STUDY:

What's the benefit of using Viva Engage when you already have Microsoft Teams? Do you question why Viva Engage is needed when you could just have a large team on Microsoft Teams and eliminate the need to switch between the two platforms?

In this insightful case study, RealFoundations CEO Chris Shaida explains the need for both.
Chris says to think of Microsoft Teams and Viva Engage as two separate places. Not just different tools, but different places, each with its own rationale.

Learn why it's important to have Viva Engage along with Microsoft Teams.
